Elevated Levels of Self-Confidence
Within three sessions, Alex helped me pinpoint certain self-sabotaging behaviors that were holding me back. Together, we unlocked a new level of confidence that I didn't know I had. This newfound confidence led to conversations with decision-makers that I wouldn't have dared approach before. Those conversations opened up a staggering $387K in new revenue for my business.
Alex didn't just make me a better professional; he gave me back control of my career and my life. The return on investment? In terms of dollars, it's well over 30x. But the true value of his coaching is immeasurable. If you're ready to break free from whatever's holding you back and achieve the kind of success that seems impossible, talk to Alex. You won't regret it.

Overcame workplace anxiety and imposter syndrome
Landed Dream Career in a Fortune 500 Company and received a 97% on his first evaluation
“I started working with Alex while undergoing a challenging transition in my life. I had hit rock bottom, lost all self-confidence, felt a lot of shame and guilt from past mistakes, and was attempting to start fresh and rebuild myself.
Working with Alex reminds me of a saying from The Matrix: "[He] can only show you the door, but you have to walk through it." At the time, I was a mere customer service agent making minimum wage at a food startup business. I worked hard and was promoted to an operations manager role in my first year. Through listening to Alex's advice and insights, and applying myself in ways he suggested, I received my final promotion and completed my time as Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety for the national company.
Recently, I landed an even higher-paying role at a Fortune 500 company, and it has introduced a whole new set of challenges: imposter syndrome, workplace anxiety, and corporate culture pressures. Alex has continued to help me navigate and overcome these workplace challenges. Through his help, I achieved a 97% on my first annual audit, and my salary has more than tripled since I first started working with him. If you have been feeling stagnant in your career or are facing challenges like imposter syndrome in the workplace, I highly recommend working with Alex. Book a call with him, apply yourself in the ways he recommends, and watch your life transform before your eyes!”

I met Alex Lee through a close friend a couple of years back. When I met Alex I was considering making a jump in my career from the automotive industry into the world of tech sales. At that time I had no idea of the details and intricacies of the corporate tech world, but knew I had a solid 6+ years of experience in the sales field, and felt my experience would carry me through the transition.
Now, up to this point, I had done just fine making my own moves and paving my own way to success. Coming from a family of “self made” individuals, I never entertained the thought of coaching outside of a sports setting, nor did much of my self pride think it was needed. Enter my tech career.
As some of you know, this year (2023) has been tough economically and would pose an unfortunate circumstance for me, as I would be part of a layoff in a previous role. I had never been in a situation like that ever and mentally it took a toll on me. It made me feel like a failure and that maybe I wasn’t cut out for this industry and the thoughts of “did I make the wrong career choice?” would cross my mind. Though I bounced back rather quickly on landing new interviews, I would end up getting an interview for one of the biggest opportunities to date. Unfortunately, this time, I was lacking in the confidence I once carried so effortlessly, and the nerves and anxiety were setting in. A place I was very unfamiliar with.
Understanding that I had once competed in boxing, Alex had mentioned how “you are in control of how well you can prepare for a fight” and how that applied to almost every part of life, and that just like in boxing (or any other sport), sometimes you just need a good coach to help you refine the “little things that make big differences”.
We set up coaching blocks before the interviews and went through feedback sessions before running through more coaching exercises. Almost like reviewing sparring footage and running through combos while hitting the mitts. We trained for the interview like it was a 12 round fight, making sure that no matter what happened during the current phase of the interview, I was the best prepared to lean into whatever direction it went. We took advantage of the one thing we had control in, preparation.
By the time it came down to the final interview, I had so much confidence in my preparation and performance, that I knew if I didn’t get the opportunity, it was solely due to something that was not in my control. The interview took place on a Friday and by the following Monday I had the good news sitting in my inbox.
Sometimes you just need a coach to help you see the things you are unable to, maybe unaware of, or even too prideful to acknowledge. I was once that person.
Alex Lee coaching took me to my next level and helped me realize that just like in boxing, coaching can help you enter the ring in the best shape and position to perform when the lights come on. Highly recommend working with him.
